As Operations Director, Peter is responsible for overseeing the successful management of major Public and Private Sector contracts throughout Northern Ireland. Peter manages a large recruitment team of over 35 Account Managers who are conducting daily recruitment campaigns specialising in various industry sectors including Accountancy, IT, Utilities, Project management, Technical and Engineering, Health Service, Construction etc. Peter is a Fellow of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.

Paul has been working with Premiere People for 20 years and is currently the Contracts Manager for the Industrial and Technical Division. His remit covers Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, Driving, Construction, Catering and Retail. He manages contracts for both multi-national, global organisations as well as local companies. He supports our account managers in all aspects of the recruitment process, as well as overseeing and ensuring we consistently meet agreed KPI's.
Paul is responsible for contracts that turnover up to £5 million per annum, both within the public and private sector. He regularly meets with clients, listens to their needs and comes up with plans on how we can improve service levels whilst saving our customers money. He has an innovative approach and focuses on the solution rather than the problem. Paul's knowledge and reputation within the Industry have ensured that we have managed to retain the majority of our customers over the past 15 - 20 years.
