Our public sector client seeks a Facilities Co-ordinator

This is post is a temporary post due to last approximately 6 months

Hour of work 36.25 per week

Rate of pay £15.51 per hour

Essential Criteria:

  • Possess a degree level qualification (or e equivalent) in a relevant subject such as Energy and Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, Surveying

AND

Have a least 2 years relevant post qualification experience within a Facilities/Estates management role

OR

  • Possess HND level qualification in relevant subject eg: Energy and Building services Engineering, Facilities Management, Surveying

And

Have 4 years relevant experience within a facilities/Estates Management role

  • Demonstrate experience of managing and delivering effective solutions for a facilities/estates function in 2 of the following 4 areas:
  1. Mechanical and Electrical
  2. Environmental
  3. Construction
  4. Cost Monitoring and control
  • Demonstrate experience of successfully managing estates/facilities contracts
  • Possess a driving license and access to a form of transport to enable them to fulfil the job requirements

Desirable Criteria:

  • Possess a qualification in Health and Safety such as NEBOSH certificate
  • Possess a project management qualification eg Prince2
