We are currently seeking a temporary Full-time Healthy Start Officer for our Public Sector Client in Armagh . This is a temporary ongoing position The hours of work are Monday -Friday 9-5 Rate of pay £7.25 / £7.50 increasing to £8.40 after 12 weeks. Duties include but not limited to: • Action, as appropriate, all elements of exemption verification process: • Issue of initial query letters to patients re. Exemptions claimed • Scanning, on to case management system all correspondence and documentation received from patients; • Issue of Initial Letters,Fixed Penalty Notices and Surcharges, where appropriate, to patients. • Issue contracts for payment by instalment, where appropriate. • Verify the accuracy of all output from the Case Management System, including letters to patients. • Deal directly with queries from patients, either by phone or in person. • Participate in daily post opening procedures, accounting for all monies received in line with existing policies and procedures including weekly lodgements to the Bank. • Liaise, as appropriate, with other government agencies to have independent verification process undertaken.
