Agency Worker Regulations

The registration process is also supported by our software system, which prohibits the progression of a candidate until the adequate legislation checks have been verified.

To comply with the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR), our software systems provides several AWR solutions including, pay parity, the 11 week rule, Swedish Derogation and comparator management.  Our AWR candidate tracking functionality includes a traffic light system which distributes alerts at 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 weeks to ensure appropriate action is taken, which is summarised within a client dashboard.
