We provide a bespoke service to each of our clients, working with them to thoroughly identify their requirements when discussing a new position. We identify the particular skills, qualifications and personality traits required, taking a thorough specification before sourcing candidates.

We have access to a candidate resource pool of over 300,000 from our Group in-house system. We also create a full sourcing campaign utilising a variety of tools to identify the right candidate, such as: Job Boards, Social Media, Media Advertising, Job Centres, Events, Word of Mouth and Newsletters.

We conduct in-depth assessments of workers and have extensive experience in candidate skill and culture analysis.

Our recruitment process encompasses all the regulatory requirements necessary to comply with legislation. This mitigates the risk of legal exposure for our clients, providing assurance and peace of mind. Eligibility to work checks include: ID card, Passport, Visa checks, National Insurance, Proof of UK address and Birth Certificate. Advanced checks include: Disclosure & Barring Services, Employer References and Credit checks.

In addition, we provide a candidate vetting process tailored to your requirements. Our workforce supply can complete robust screening clearance inline with NI government legislations and client specific specifications. This includes ANI Clearance, CTC (countrer terrorism check), and Baseline Clearance.

Our trained consultants conduct interviews with all candidates. We can run these interviews prior to introducing candidates to your business, utilising a competency-based question structure or bespoke questions agreed by you.

Premiere People is audited on a regular basis by both public and private sector organisations, and we have a 100% pass rate.

We retain this standard due to the support of our in-house group audit and compliance teams. Our consultants ensure all workers are thoroughly vetted prior to placement. All candidates comply with the Immigration and Asylum Act requirements. We always ensure that we follow all current employment legislation and we are registered with the Regulation Quality Improvement Authority and the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.

The registration process is also supported by our software system, which prohibits the progression of a candidate until the adequate legislation checks have been verified. To comply with the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR), our software systems provide AWR solutions and candidate tracking functionality.

We can provide fully integrated online time and attendance systems, and manage staff attendance or performance issues.
