Essential Criteria:

Criterion 1

Applicants must have a minimum of a third level Accountancy qualification or be IATI qualified

Criterion 2

Be able to demonstrate, by providing personal and specific examples, that they have two years’ (four years if you do not have the academic requirement in Criteria 1) working within a busy finance environment to include:

 

  1. Successful delivery of objectives within tight deadlines

Criterion 6

Good working knowledge of integrated accounting packages.

Criterion 7

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, in particular excel.

Criterion 8

An understanding of the workings of Local Government and the wider environment and political context in which it operates.

Criterion 9

Hold a full current driving licence to drive within Northern Ireland and access to a form of transport that meets the needs of the post in full OR have access to a form of transport which enables the applicant to meet the full requirements of the post in full.* (*This relates to any person who has declared that they have a disability which debars them from driving).
