Our client is interested in recruiting a temporary Call Agent to join their team in the Ballymena location

Job role – Call Agent

Location – Ballymena

Length of role – Temporary ongoing

Hours of work – Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm

Rate of pay – under 25s £8.20 over 25s £8.72 rising to £8.55 after 12 weeks worked

Job description

  • The job holder will provide a range of administrative support functions within the metering services department, initially in support of meter recertification programme, which primarily involves, but not limited to
  • Registering keypad payments
  • Arranging and scheduling customer appointments for meter changes by incoming phone calls, letters and emails, always mindful of our customer services values.
  • Organising and preparing letters for posting
  • Providing support to electricians on the ground to ensure all customer appointments are kept and work completed
  • Other general admin duties

Essential Criteria

  • Must have proof of Maths and English Grades A-C or equivalent
  • IT Competency
  • Customer Service skills and experience
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised
