Our client, a leading public sector organisation, based in Antrim are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join their team.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm (20hrs a week)
The postholder will act as a pre-operative assessment admin assistant and
will be required to enter and maintain pre-operative assessment data on the
hospital Patient Administration System.
Key Result Areas/ Main Responsibilities
From daily pre-assessment PTL ensure all patients have received a
health screening questionnaire via Outpatients or post
Enter and maintain pre-operative assessment data on the hospital Patient
The post holder will be required to provide clerical support to other
members of staff within the department which includes faxing ,
photocopying, emailing and typing.
Organise and maintain relevant diary/schedule and arrange appointments
as required for the pre-assessment service.
3 GCSEs to include English Language (Grade
A-C) or equivalent
1 year’s administrative experience within an
