Our public sector client seeks a Full-Time Admin Assistant based in Belfast.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
General admin duties – Phones, notes of meetings, arrange meetings, manage team inbox:-
- Answering calls, retrieving of files, filing and faxing
4 GCSE’s at grade C or above to include English
Language or equivalent qualification and one year’s administrative experience.
or NVQ Level II in Administration and one year’s administrative experience.
or c. A minimum of two year’s administrative experience.
