Our client is interested in recruiting a temporary Admin Officer to join their team in the Stranmillis location


Job role – Admin Officer

Location – BT9

Required start date – ASAP

Length of role – 9-12 months

Hours of work – Monday-Friday 37 hours per week

Rate of pay – £11.70  per hour



Main duties

   This is a full-time, office-based post.


  • Process postal and online certificate applications through the GRO Registration System.
  • Assist customers using the public search room and at the public counter.
  • Deal with telephone and email queries.
  • Open, sort and log incoming post.
  • Sort outgoing post into relevant types.
  • Ability to work within a large team to meet targets and deliver outputs in specified timescales.
  • Use the CM document management system to create, update and store documentation.
  • Perform other duties appropriate to the grade where they may arise.


Main Qualifications needed / Experience –

  • Must have proof of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English Grades A-C or equivalent
  • Experience in and office environment, performing an admin support role
  • Experience in delivering a high standard of service to customers is desirable
