We are currently recruiting for x12 admin officers with telephony duties to start asap in a public sector role based in Belfast City Centre. The successful candidate will be required to start asap on Monday 4th October 2021 and full attendance will be essential for the first 6-8 weeks from the start date for training purposes.

 

Rate of pay for an admin officer with telephony duties: £11.11ph

Duration: ASAP on Monday 4th October 2021 for 51 weeks with possible extension

Job duties: Case Management duties, processing and maintaining UC claims in a Digital environment and telephony duties

 

Criteria: 5 GCSE’s A-C including English and Maths to qualify. We can also accept Level 2 in Essential Skills in English and Maths and an NVQ or BTEC Level 2 to meet the criteria.

 

Hours of work:

Various 8hr shift patterns required between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday. One Saturday in four is also required, working 9.00am to 5.00pm.

One Saturday in four is also required, working 9.00am to 5.00pm.

These posts will require staff to work an average of 37 hrs per week in a range of patterns between the hours of 8am and 8pm on any day between Monday and Friday, in some patterns will require 9am to 5pm on one Saturday in four.

Working patterns are managed locally and may include: o 8am to 4pm;

o 9am to 5pm;

o 10am to 6pm; and

o 12noon to 8pm.

 

They will give as much notice as possible if they need to change the work pattern
