Our client, a leading public sector organisation, based in Stormont are looking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join their team.

The role is available immediately for up to 3 months (with possibility of extension until the exercise has been completed)

Hourly Pay: £11.11

37 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the audit of all hard copy registered files held by business areas and their management of associated file stores which includes the following:-

  2. Updating a composite spreadsheet, organising file lists and files for distribution to business areas in respect of retention and destruction;

  3. Ad hoc duties, as and when required, supporting other IMCAB team members within the branch.

Essential Criteria:

  • Administrative experience including being Computer literate – especially in Outlook, Word and Excel etc. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; display problem solving skills; focus to achieve targets and deliver quality service.
  • Previous experience and competency working with the NICS would be useful and having worked in a small team servicing a wider organisation.
