We are seeking a Full-Time Administrator for our leading public sector client in the Belfast area.

Hours: 37.30hrs (8am – 4pm or 9 am – 5pm depending on rota)

Rate: £10.09ph

Main Duties

Cover reception desk

Use the radiology information system

Meet and greet patients in a friendly and compassionate way

Post out report

Call patients to confirm appointments

Other admin duties as required

Essential Criteria

TWO years Admin experience


Five GCSEs Grade A-C (or equivalent) to include Math’s/Accounts and English and THREE years Admin experience, one of which should be at Band 3 level or equivalent and experience of using computer systems in a working environment
