Our client, a leading Public Sector organisation, is looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator to work on a temporary basis.

The role is based in Belfast City centre and is full time Monday to Friday 9 am-5pm

The role is to start asap initially for 3 months

Pay rate: £11.70

Job Role:

The Administrative Officer (with reception duties) will be the first point of contact for clients. The role holder is responsible for taking incoming calls, handling client queries over the telephone and face to face at the office, processing client registrations, providing written communication to clients and third parties and maintaining the hard copy and digital record keeping systems.

Essential Criteria:

5 GCSEs including English and Maths (Certificates required)

1 year experience in an Administration role

Ideally reception experience.
