Our client Northern Ireland Civil Service, based in Belfast City Centre, is looking for administrators (telephony) for a long-term temporary role.

11.11 per hour

No experience required just 5 GCSE grades C or above (including English & Maths) Training received on the job

 

These jobs are telephony roles within a call centre-type environment

 

Main Duties include:

  • Effective call handling skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment
  • Ability to work accurately within set deadlines and to achieve targets
  • Basic IT skills / computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Organised with good time management skill
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills

Hours of work between 8am-4 pm Monday-Friday as well as 1 in 4 Saturdays 

Please note the nature of this work is mainly Telephony based, call handling experience is desirable.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF 5 PASS GCSE GRADE’S A-C IN MATH AND ENGLISH.
