Experienced Bookkeeper required in Lisburn

  • Temp ongoing
  • £15.30 per hour
  • Immediate start
  • 5 days per week 9am – 1pm
  • Trial period of 3 months

Job duties:

  1. Experience/knowledge of Sage Accounting Software essential
  2. Handling/Recording/Input of Sales & Bank Receipts (Construction Industry Contracts Payments & Private Contracts, Cash Sales & Card Payments)
  3. Processing / generating Sales Invoices
  4. Online Banking
  5. Pension Auto Enrollment
  6. Contractor/Sub Contractor notifications, RCT payments etc to ROI Revenue Commissioners
  7. Various other office admin
