Our public sector client seeks a Capital Build and Asset Co-ordinator

Temp on-going

Hour of work 36.25 per week

Rate of pay £17.41 per hour

Essential Criteria:

  • Possess a degree level qualification (or e equivalent) in a relevant subject such as Construction, Building Surveying, Energy and Building Services Engineering, Planning and Property Development or Estates Management
  • Minimum of 2 years post Graduate experience working in a capital projects management role
  • Demonstrate successfully managing ne build construction projects
  • Demonstrate experience of successful delivery of construction procurement and contract management
  • Experience in the use of Architectural design software
  • Possess a driving license and access to a form of transport to enable them to fulfil the job requirements

Desirable Criteria:

  • Possess a project management qualification eg Prince2
