Role- Customer Service/Admin.

Contract- Permanent Full time.

Location- Lisburn.

Company- Food Wholesale.

Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, early finish on Fridays at 5pm.

Rate- £21,879 -£22,774.

 

Main duties:

You will be working as part of an office-based team where you will have responsibility for telephoning existing customers for orders, general office duties, email and any other duties as and when required.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A-C.
  • 2 Years experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A polite, confident and friendly manner
  • Confidence with using computers and email
  • Negotiation skills
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Use of initiative

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
