Farmed Estate Maintenance Manager

Contract until March 2022

Monday – Friday

£16.18 per hour

Job duties: 

  • Management of farmed estate maintenance across the clients farmed estate
  • Management of three day rate maintenance contracts (buildings & welding, electrical, mechanical maintenance) 
  • Management of all associated maintenance work requests, on site- management of work projects i.e. refurbishment of cattle houses, contraction of new facilities etc
  • Management of heating and vehicle fuel orders
  • Processing of relevant invoices
  • Maintaining work tracker spreadsheets

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in a construction/ buildings maintenance role
  • Excellent written & IT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
