Our client, a leading public sector organisation, based in Belfast are looking to recruit an Human Resources Manager to join their team.
The role is available immediately.
Hourly Pay: £19.76
37 hours per week Monday to Friday
To be the key driver for the development, achievement and evaluation of people strategies and objectives, encompassing attraction, recruitment, induction, performance management, engagement, reward, retention, and culture and talent development.
To support senior managers and teams through organisational change; drive a performance culture; and develop high performing leaders, employees and teams.
To develop, monitor and regularly report to the Executive Team on key People performance indicators, management processes and compliance frameworks. Take action to achieve improved service delivery and business objectives whilst appropriately controlling and mitigating risk.
Lead the HR team to provide a professional HR service to manager and deliver all aspects of day to day transactional HR including, inter-alia, payroll, health & safety and compliance with HR policies.
Play a key role in developing a fully integrated HR and financial IT system.
Management of the organisation’s accommodation ensuring that buildings are maintained in a safe condition.
To fulfil other duties and responsibilities, as determined by line management, that fall within the general responsibilities of the post.
The successful candidate must by the closing date for applications:
Third Level qualification and a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Post-Graduate Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
Current CIPD membership at Associate level (or above).
A minimum of 3 years full-time employment (or equivalent) gained within the last 5 years of leading a team to successfully provide a value added HR advisory service to managers, delivering all aspects of day to day transactional HR;
A minimum of 3 years’ full-time employment (or equivalent) of supporting organisations, senior managers and teams through organisational change; AND
A minimum of 3 years’ full-time employment (or equivalent) of managing candidate recruitment and selection activities.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as being the key driver for the development, achievement and evaluation of an organisation’s people strategies and objectives, encompassing attraction, recruitment, induction, performance management, engagement, reward, retention, and culture and talent development.
