Our client a leading public sector organisation are seeking to recruit a Programme Administartor in Belfast, BT12.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5hrs a week)
Job Summary/Main Purpose:
Work as part of a small team with responsibility for the administration of the AAA
AAA screening / surveillance programmes.
Be the first point of contact between the service users / patients and the
programme office, dealing with day-to-day enquiries as appropriate. The post
plays a supporting role to the AAA screening / surveillance programmes and
ensures that service users / patients are booked for appointments appropriately.
Book screening / surveillance clinics and send out invitations to service users /
patients using the bespoke IT system for the programmes.
Send out results letters daily to service users / patients who have attended for
screening / surveillance scans.
Have a good overall standard of general
education (4 GCSEs including English
and Maths or equivalent qualification)
AND have one year’s experience in a
clerical / administrative role
Have two years’ experience in a clerical /
