Main Duties / Purpose Of Job/Function of Role
Contributing to the financial management of a large construction programme including payments, reporting and budgeting activities. Supporting all financial activities including budgeting, financial reporting and returns, profiling, payment processes, monitoring rounds/End of Year activities, contingency budget management and development of business cases as required.
• Assisting in the management of a wide ranging workload and delivery of Programme Management Office team outputs. This includes contributing to the planning, management and servicing (including the secretariat function) of a Programme Board and a number of other project boards and working groups.
• Assisting with the co-ordination of key meetings, understanding the linkages between projects and work streams and keeping abreast of their outputs and overall programme progress.
• Communicating with key stakeholders.
