We are recruiting a Sales and Purchase Assistant in Lisburn

 

  • PERMANENT ROLE!
  • Monday – Friday
  • Salary between 25K-30K depending on experience

Job duties:

  1. Experience/knowledge of Sage Accounting Software essential
  2. Handling/Recording/Input of Sales & Bank Receipts (Construction Industry Contracts Payments & Private Contracts, Cash Sales & Card Payments)
  3. Processing/generating sales invoices
  4. Dealing with online banking
  5. Pension Auto enrollment
  6. Contractor/Sub Contractor notifications, RCT payments etc to ROI Revenue Commissioners
  7. Payment of VAT
  8. Dealing with Month end salaries
  9. Month end supplier payments to UK and European suppliers
  10. Monthly sub contractor submissions
  11. Purchase ledger – entering supplier invoices
