Our client seeks a Full-Time Sales Support Assistant to join their existing team in Belfast

Hours: 40 hours a week (flexible start and finish times) **Opportunity for permanent post**

Pay: £9.61per hour

Job Description •

Provide a sales support function for both our Business and Ecommerce customer channels • Respond to customer queries by phone, email, chat, and social media, both quickly and efficiently • Ensure a best-in-class customer service level at all times to ensure a positive and highly satisfied customer experience • Analyse customer data, forecasts, report results and monitor analytical data for business accounts and direct to consumer ecommerce • Work with the wider team to improve Lean processes and ways of working • Any other duties as required to fulfil business needs

Business Customer Channel • Build good working relationships with key customers, attend online customer meetings and manage their delivery, invoice and order queries • Create and manage customer profiles, including setting up and maintaining product codes and pricing • Process orders and work with production to schedule, split jobs and build customer orders into trucks / containers • Provide customer delivery status reports inc. container shipment information by liaising with carriers and customers • Run sales and stock analysis for customers and budget tracking inc. margin checks and gap analysis updates • Keep customer compliance procedures up to date

Essential Skills •

Great customer service interpersonal skills through verbal and written communication • Passionate about providing first class customer service to our customers • Customer-focused, with experience in a customer-facing role i.e. client relationship management or sales • Highly IT literate with technical knowledge of data reporting and analytical skills, MS Excel, and MS Office • Strong commercial and attention to detail expertise • Very strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communicative skills with the ability to multi-task • Self-motivated, hardworking and driven team player but also able to work effectively autonomously • Ability to communicate research results, audits and reports in a detailed effective manner • Experience in working to a sales target and within a set budget • Self-Motivated, Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented • Confident, positive and energetic individual with a fun and friendly personality
