Our client in Lisburn is seeking a temporary ongoing Secretary.
£10.09 per hour
Monday – Friday
- OCR Level II (Parts 1 & 2) Text processing/Word processing or equivalent qualification OR a minimum of 1 years word processing experience.
PLUS 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language (excluding English Literature) AND 1 years secretarial/admin experience
- Two year’s admin/secretarial experience.
· Working as part of a Secretarial Team
· Word processing/audio-typing clinical letters
· Data input on various hospital computer systems
· Communicating via Outlook email account
· Dealing with telephone calls
· Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate
· Arranging clinical appointments
· Filing patient results into charts
· Tracking hospital charts using computer systems
· Dealing with requests for information
