    Job Description including Main Duties / Purpose of Job/Function of Role

    Customer research and analysis such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, customer journey mapping, customer personas

    Business research and analysis such as workshops, analysis of business data, business process mapping

    Identification of data driven service design proposals and service improvements, producing compelling improvement recommendations

    Contributing to organisational service design and service  improvements through contributing to the service design workstream on internal IT replacement projects

    Essential Experience/Qualifications required. (This should be kept to a minimum to have a broader selection of suitable candidates)

 

·         Experience and skills in facilitating meetings, workshops, focus groups, show and tell sessions with internal and external stakeholders

·         Experience and skills in analysing customer and business data, identifying gaps in data and seeking new data to inform analysis and recommendations

·         Experience and skills in developing robust and compelling written service improvement recommendations.

·         Excellent communication skills, written and spoken 

·         Excellent digital skills

·         Experience of designing services which optimise customer and business outcomes
