We are seeking a temporary service desk Analyst for our client in the BT9 area.

The role is full time 37.5 hours Monday – Friday with an hourly rate of £11.20

The main duties of the role will be to provide IT support.

Essential Criteria

A computer related qualification – degree/HND level or above plus 1 years relevant experience in providing IT support.


Two years’ experience in providing IT Support.

2. A working knowledge in Data communications networks and TCP/IP

3. A working knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g. 20013/2016/0ffice 365)

4. A working knowledge in E-mail Services (Exchange) and Internet Access Configuration

5. A working knowledge in Microsoft Windows (e.g. XP/Vista/Windows 8.1/ Windows 10)

6. A working knowledge in Active Directory

7. A working knowledge of computer hardware and software.

8. An ability to develop and present ideas.

9. Excellent interpersonal skills.

10. Ability to meet deadlines.


Knowledge of ITIL Best Practice in relation to ICT Service Support.
