Governance and Financial Management

Providing a level of scrutiny above current branch checking mechanisms to endorse correct level of spend and provide quality assurance.

Examination of current rules and procedures for making decisions and strengthening accountability for stewardship of resources and overall effective budget management. 

Assurance on the operation of branch / programme risk management and effective internal controls ensuring compliance with audit and risk assurance and regular review of the integrity of these assurances

Production of credible financial reporting (spend versus profile) information to support decision making.  Analysing and reprofiling outline business case in accordance with data and statistics.


Project Management

Project Management assistance in line with Prince 2 methodologies – Project Plan, Milestones and Critical Path management, Risks and Issues log management drafting skills
