We are recruiting a Volunteer Support Officer to join our team in Lisburn

  • Temporary
  • 6 months – 1 year
  • £18-500 – £20000 p.a
  • Hybrid working (can include evenings and weekends) 

Job duties:

  • Be responsible for communication with volunteers and groups through newsletters, meetings and phone calls, ensuring they are all kept up to date
  • Point of contact for all volunteer and support groups
  • Support volunteers with the logistics of volunteering 
  • Ensure volunteers attend the correct training 
  • Working with organisations, community groups and other charities to raise awareness
  • Experience of working in a support role is essential 
  • Microsoft skills
  • Previous admin skills 

Must have A’Levels or previous experience in a similar role
